How do I search for Vacation Rental Property on your website?
There are a few options for searching Rental Property:
1) You may select your desired continent and then country or state from the map or list of continents on our main page. Then find the city you want to go (all cities are listed in alphabetical order) and search for rental properties.
2) You may click on View button on our main page to View list of all the countries. Then find the city you want to go (all cities are listed in alphabetical order) and search for rental properties.
3) Enter your desired city in the Search box on the main page and list of properties for that city will display. If you know your listing number, just enter it in the Search box on the main page and the property will display.
4) On the bottom of the main page there is a list of all countries. Just choose your desired destination and search for properties.
If I like a few properties and want to save them for future review. How can I do it?
Comfort Vacation Rentals site gives unique opportunity to add properties you liked to the Wish List, so you can review those properties later and make your decision. Every property detail page has Add to Wish List button. By clicking this button the property will be added to the Wish List.
I added property listings to the Wish List and need to leave your website and come back later. Will my Wish List be saved?
Yes, properties that you added to the Wish List will be saved until you delete cookies from your Internet.
The pictures on the property detail page are small. Can I view them in bigger size?
Yes. Just click on the picture you want to see and it will open in bigger size. Then just close the window.
How do I know if property is available on specific dates?
In the properties list if you see icon  , then the property has availability calendar. Just open property listing and click on the Availability Calendar link. Dates that are not available will be crossed out.
What does Guestbook icon on property detail page mean?
If you see Guestbook icon  , that means the owner has a Guestbook in his property that contains comments of previous renters the and you can put your own comments before leaving.
Is it possible to sort property listings on your site?
Yes. You can sort property listings by number of bedrooms in the property and number of people that can sleep at the property. When you are on Property list page for specific country or state, just click on arrows   next to the item you want to sort by, and properties among the city will be sorted. If you want to return properties on the default position, just click Default link.
How do I inquire about the property?
On each property detail page on the bottom of the page there is owner contact information. You can either send Email to the owner or call the owner. Do not forget to mention that you are calling about property listing # from Comfort Vacation Rentals site.
When I send email to the owner, is my personal information shared with other companies?
No! Your email will be send directly to the owner of the property. We do not share any of your personal information with any other companies. Also, we will not send you any promotional emails.
How do I rent the property from your website?
You do not rent from us. If you found the property you want to rent, you would need to contact owner of that property by email or phone.
How do I make a payment for the renting property?
The payment for renting property will be strictly between you and owner of the property. Some of the owners accept credit cards (you will see credit card icon on the property detail page), some owners accept checks, etc. |

How can I list my vacation rental property on your website?
Just go to Join Us page and follow easy direction for adding your property. We will review your property listing and activate it during 24 to 48 hours.
If during adding my property I will lose Internet connection? Do I need to start over again?
No, you do not have to start over again. If you finished entering your account information, you will be able to login to Members area and finish entering information for your Property.
I have multiple properties. Do I need separate account for each property?
You may add all your properties to the same account.
How much is to list my property on your website?
Our fee are pretty low comparing to other sites. If you list your property for 1 year the cost is $100.00. If you list your property for 6 months the cost is $60.00. You can pay by Credit Card (Visa or Master Card) or by Check or Money Order in US Funds.
Do I get a discount when I list more than 1 property on your site?
Yes! For every additional property you will get $20.00 mail-in rebate when list 1 year and $10.00 mail-in rebate when list for 6 months. (If you are paying by Credit Card your credit card will be charged less depending on lenght of listing.)
How many photos can I add to my listing?
Every owner can add 5 photos FREE and 10 additional photos at low cost of $15.00 per photo per year. So your property can have up to 15 photos, which will give your a lot more possibility for travelers to rent your property. No one else will give you this opportunity for so low cost.
How can I make my property to be higher in the list?
The property that has more photos displays higher in the list. If you have the same amount of photos as other property, the higher will be property that was added to our site first.
How do I add photos to my property listing?
Comfort Vacation Rentals offers you very easy ways to add photos to your property listing. There are 3 ways:
1) Upload photos from your computer - After you finish registering your property listing on our website, you may login to your account from Members Area (using your username and password). Choose Photo Management from menu column on the left. Select property id to which you wish to add photos and scroll all the way down the page, and upload your photos by browsing your computer.
2) Email photos to us at Contact@ComfortVacation.com. Please mention listing id for the property to which you want to add photos.
3) Mail photos to us and we will add them for you to your property listing. The mailing address is:

What size and format of photos required?
1) If you are uploading photos from your computer:

Photo format - .jpg, .jpeg

Width of photo - between 400 to 500 pixels (for best quality 500 pixels)

Size of photo - up to 200 KB
2) If you are emailing photos to us:

Photo format - most of the formats (we do not recommend .gif format, it doesn't display with good quality)

Width of photo - no less than 400 pixels (for best quality 500 pixels)

Size of photo - up to 1000 KB (we will resize it to the required size)
How to get my property to be displayed on the Featured Listings page?
We offer Featured Listings page at no additional charge for owners. This page is updated every month. There are some criteria by which our program chooses properties to be displayed on this page:
1) The more photos property listing has, the more possibility for it to be displayed on Featured Listings page.
2) Owners who have their own website and will put link to ComfortVacation.com on it, will be listed on Featured Listings page for at least 6 months per year.
3) Owners who choose to list their property for at least 1 year, will have possibility to be listed on Featured Listings page.
4) Property listings that are listed on ComfortVacation.com for more than a year, will have more chances to be displayed on Featured Listings page. |
