If Property Advertiser wish to remove the listing from the website, Comfort Vacation Rentals can temporarily disable property listing and reactivate it in the future. The listing will be in force through the original term and the renewal date will not be changed. Comfort Vacation Rentals will not extend renewal date during the time that the property is off market.

If Property Advertisers sells the property, Comfort Vacation Rentals can transfer the listing to the new advertiser with no charge. But the refund will not be available for the properties that are sold, whether or not they are transferred to the new advertiser.

If Comfort Vacation Rentals will not receive payment for newly created property or renewal payment for existing property during 30 days, the property will be completely removed from web site and database.
