North Padre Island is less commercialized, where you can find peace and serenity. If you want a quick get-a-way, Port Aransas and Corpus Christi are a 15 minute drive away. Port Aransas is a more commercialized, deep sea fishing community and has many restaurants, specialty shops and Riverboat Gambling in the Gulf of Mexico. The National Seashore is only 5 miles away with approximately 70 miles of seashore and sand dunes with unparalleled serenity and beauty.

PET POLICY: Pets may be allowed depending on the size and nature of your pet. Please make arrangements in advance if you plan on bringing your pet. There may be a pet deposit required.

SMOKING POLICY: No smoking is allowed inside the house. Ashtrays will be provided for smoking on the covered deck or inside the garage.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations for house rental and boat use will be accepted if received 60 Days in advance of your stay and you will be entitled to a refund of your reservation deposit. However, there will be a $100 administrative fee retained for all cancellations.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: One half of rent shall be paid (by check or credit card) as a damage deposit and is completely refundable unless there is damage or lost items. Lost items or damages may be paid with check or credit card based on replacement cost.

PAYMENT POLICY: A $500.00 deposit is required to reserve your rental time. Rent is required to be paid 60 days in advance and may be paid with check or credit card. Please note rates quoted are "Cash Discounted Rates."

Please add a Cleaning Fee of $250.00; also add some utilities on monthly rentals.
