We welcome you to our home, where the sights and sounds of the ocean are only footsteps away. Our "Captain's Villa" is located on the top floor has wonderful beach views and is beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen, luxurious tiled bath with a deep soaking tub, and a private bedroom with a queen-size bed. We also have a beautiful two bedroom, two bath, right next door we call Captain's Terrace, see listing #868 for photo's and rates.

The Terraces at Beachside is a new cozy condominium with a private boardwalk to the beach and is the closest ocean-front condo complex to historic Fernandina Beach where you will enjoy sight-seeing, wonderful shops, restaurants, ghost tours, horse drawn carriage rides, marina and deep sea fishing. The 15 unit complex has secure interior hallways, elevator, assigned covered parking and is adjacent to an oceanfront park with volleyball and tennis courts.

The entrance to Fort Clinch State Park is a short walk from our condominium and features a historic fort with re-enactments, fishing pier and six miles of off-road hiking/biking trails. Or walk to the Fort via the beach just remember to take a $1 for the entrance fee. Bird watching, shelling and shark tooth hunting or just hanging out the quiet beach are favorite activities at the park.

Next door to our building is Sandy Bottoms, a casual oceanfront restaurant opening at 11 am each offering anything from sandwiches to full dinners. Many visitors and locals come to enjoy the beachfront dining and grouper sandwiches.

The beautiful island of Amelia is located in the southernmost chain of the Atlantic coast barrier islands that stretch from North Carolina to Florida. It is in the northeastern corner of Florida and is a home-away-from-home for many vacationers year round. All reservations require a 50% deposit; full payment required 14 days prior.Reserv. must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival for full refund, less $50 fee. Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit.
