We welcome you to our home, where the sights and sounds of the ocean are only footsteps away.

Our Captain's Terrace is a two-bedroom, two-bath unit on the top floor and has spectacular views from both bedrooms, the kitchen, and family area. In other words gorgeous views of the ocean can be seen from all rooms of the condominium and gives the illusion that you are on a boat! This beautiful unit sleeps up to six with a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin-size beds in the second bedroom, and a queen-size sofabed in the family room. The master bath has a spacious floor plan providing double sinks, both an oversized shower and a soaking tub with another shower. The second bathroom also provides a spacious shower. We also have a charming 1 bedroom, 1 bath, right next door called Captain's Villa. It also has great views of the ocean. See VRBO #85721 for rates and photo's.

The Terraces at Beachside is a new cozy condominium with a private boardwalk to the beach and is the closest ocean-front condo complex to historic Fernandina Beach where you will enjoy sight-seeing, wonderful shops, restaurants, ghost tours, horse drawn carriage rides, marina and deep sea fishing. The 15 unit complex has secure interior hallways, elevator, assigned covered parking and is adjacent to an oceanfront park with volleyball and tennis courts.

The entrance to Fort Clinch State Park is a short walk from our condominium and features a historic fort with re-enactments, fishing pier and six miles of off-road hiking/biking trails. Or walk to the Fort via the beach just remember to take a $1 for the entrance fee. Bird watching, shelling and shark tooth hunting or just hanging out the quiet beach are favorite activities at the park.

Next door to our building is Sandy Bottoms, a casual oceanfront restaurant opening at 11 am offering anything from sandwiches to full dinners. Many visitors and locals come to enjoy the beachfront dining and grouper sandwiches.

The beautiful island of Amelia is located in the southernmost chain of the Atlantic coast barrier islands that stretch from North Carolina to Florida. It is in the northeastern corner of Florida and is a home-away-from-home for many vacationers year round. For Holiday/Special Events summer rates apply. If LESS THAN than 4 night stay there is a cleaning charge of $75. Prices listed DO NOT include State & Local Tax (which total 9%).All reservations require a 50% deposit; full payment required 14 days prior. Reservation must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival for full refund, less $50 fee.Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit.
