The middle level has the foyer, kitchen, dining area, and a good sized living room. The living rooms in the end units are wider than the middle units. There is a fireplace in the living room and fire wood is provided.

The Sports Club offers 2 indoor pools, 1 outdoor pool, a pond for swimming and fishing, another pond for skating, locker facilities, an outdoor basketball court, 4 tennis courts, volley ball, children's playground, paddleboats, an inside jacuzzi, an outside jacuzzi, a sauna, and on site food service in the warmer months
