Summer Deposit/Cancellation Policies
A one night's deposit is required within 2 days of booking. Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival to receive refund less $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours from arrival date are subject to a one night's cancellation fee. Reduction in length of stay or room type within the 72 hour penalty period, no shows, late arrivals, and early departures are considered cancellations, and are therefore non refundable.

Winter Deposit/Cancellation Policies
A two night's deposit is required within 5 days of booking the reservation. Upon instruction, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to your credit card 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to arrival for Holiday Seasons). Beaver Run Resort reserves the right to cancel reservations without additional notice if full payment is not received 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to arrival for Holiday Seasons).

Reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund less a $75.00 processing fee (45 days prior to arrival for Holiday Seasons). If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to arrival for Holiday Seasons) all monies are forfeited. Reduction in length of stay or room type within the 30-day penalty period (45 day penalty for Holiday Seasons), no shows, late arrivals, and early departures are considered cancellations, and are therefore nonrefundable.
