Full balance (total cost of stay amount) due 30 days PRIOR to Check-IN with credit card payment.
Check due 45 days PRIOR to Check-IN.

CANCEL POLICY:
Cancel forfeits Deposit (after credit card charged) - NO Refunds.
Cancel 60 days PRIOR TO Check-IN date = 25% Fee + deposit.
Cancel 30 days PRIOR TO Check-IN date = 50% Fee + deposit.
If we rent out the same dates cancelled, fee will be returned in full.
NO refunds for NO shows, same day cancel and early departures.
Cancel notice must be in writing (E-Mail).
Confirmed dates and Total Cost of stay amount is FINAL at reservation.
