PLEASE NOTE: NON-SMOKING CONDO WITH MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF TWO (2) PEOPLE. MINIMUM AGE OF RENTER IS 30.

The Condo was totally renovated summer 2005. The entire Condo unit was essentially rebuilt as our second home. European porcelain floor tiles were laid down throughout the Condo with granite countertops. All new furnishing include solid wood furniture. Living room has leather sofa and chair. Even the wall switches have been replaced. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances. The last of the furniture arrived end of September 2005.

We have previously stayed in this hotel/Condo (Resortquest Waikiki Banyan, formerly known as Aston Waikiki Banyan) a number of times in the past few years and fell in love with the location, complex and the view. We liked so much that we bought this Condo sight unseen ONLINE! Since then we have made numerous trips to Waikiki for the renovation and decoration of this unit.

After the renovation, we have been told by long time staff at this complex that it was "THE BEST" and "NICEST" unit. Most of the units in the complex still have the original kitchen and furniture from the '70's!! Compare the hotel's prices and keep in mind the condition of the units.

Imagine staying in a 600 square foot luxury Condo vs. a 260 square foot hotel.

Building facilities:
*Laundry room is also two doors down. 8 am - 10 pm. Wash $1.50/load. Dryer $1/30 min or $2/60 min.
*Trash room is two doors down to your right. 7 am - 10 pm.
*Mini Market on the first floor is open 7 am - 11 pm daily. It stocks all sorts of supplies and foods.
*Internet room with computer stations on the first floor. $0.15 per minute. $0.35 per printed page. Pay wireless internet is available in the Condo, different wireless internet suppliers available. Turn on your laptop and check networks in range
*FREE WIRELESS INTERNET is available in the internet room if you have your own wireless capable laptop or PDA. 1 RJ45 cable is available as well for those without wireless laptops.

On the recreational deck on the sixth floor:
*Swimming pool with lots of chairs 8 am - 9 pm.
*Sauna.
*Mini-putting green.
*Two jet Jacuzzis, one hot the other hotter.
*Tennis/Basketball court 8 am - 6 pm. Book time at the security office on the other side of the first floor lobby.
*Sam�s Snack Bar 10 am - 8 pm daily. All sorts of fast food and some cook to order Hawaiian plate lunches (including meats and fish).
*10 Electrical BBQs. Coin operated $2/1 hour.
*Playground.

Condo:
*Full kitchen.
*TV/ CD/DVD.
*Local telephone calls free.
*Air conditioning.
*Extra set of sheets and towels are in the closet.
*For stays of two weeks or more, other than clean out, maid service will be provide on a weekly basis.
*Additional maid service can be arranged at additional cost.
