This beautiful condo was just built in the fall of '05. All the furnishings were purchased brand new. It is located in a quiet complex on
Katella Ave just down the street from Disneyland. The master bedroom has it's own on suite bathroom with a large shower leaving plenty of room for 2. The 2 smaller bedrooms each contain a queen size bed as well as a bunk bed. The bonus room also has a bunk bed but I opted for a futon so you can sit and watch movies or Dish Network by day then lay it down at night for sleeping. These rooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower enclosure. Downstairs you'll find the living room with big comfortable furniture arranged to view the flat screen TV as well as the fireplace. The sofa is a sleeper should you need it.
Also located downstairs are the kitchen (fully equipped), dining room, map center, and a small bathroom. You may enjoy evenings on the balcony or in the backyard while BBQing. Both have table and
chairs for socializing.
Disneyland fireworks can be viewed from the backyard, balcony, as well as the 2 smaller bedrooms. The garage will park 2 vehicles (including large SUV's), and under the balcony is a space as well as one along side the condo. All spaces are exclusively yours to use. This truly is "your luxury home away from home".

Activities

Disneyland and Disneyland's California Adventure, as well as Downtown Disney is within walking distance as are stores and shops.
The Anaheim Convention Center is down the street also. Knott's Berry Farm, Medieval Times, Ripley's Believe it or not, and Soak City water park) is located about 10 minutes away. Disney Ice, where the Mighty Ducks practice, also has public ice skating. The Arrowhead Pond which is close by as well, has many different events, call for schedule. There are many wonderful shopping malls nearby and outlet shopping a little further away. The beaches are 13 miles away (about 20 minutes)and other places you could go would be Universal Studios or Universal Walk, Getty Museum, Downtown Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Long Beach Pike including Aquarium of the Pacific. Los Angeles Dodger Stadium, Big Bear Lake resort area, Catalina, Balboa Island, San Diego, even wineries. We are centrally located and close to freeway for easy access to many, many places. There is bike riding on trails, horse back riding, fishing, boating, snow and water skiing, roller skating rinks, ice skating rinks, golfing, concerts, gambling casino the list is endless, most likely if you want to do it, it is available somewhere close to us. California is Great!
