A 6000 square foot, 3-story contemporary beach residence with commanding views of the Atlantic Ocean. Tastefully furnished throughout for the comfort and relaxation of our guests. Stretch out in the spacious two-story greatroom on supple leather sofas and enjoy the 52" big-screen television. Nearby is the full-service kitchen with work-island and large eat-on bar that leads into the cavernous dininghall that is highlighted by a custom-built marble dining table that seats all 18 guests. All bedrooms are spacious with lots of storage space...most with their own tv's...two have private decks facing the Atlantic Ocean. The master-suite bath has a two-person jacuzzi tub.Two gaming areas offer billiards, ping-pong, foosball and air hockey. Outside there is over 2500 square feet of decking including a new composite deck surrounding the new fiberglass swimmingpool. Nearby is the grilling patio with commercial stainless steel gas grill and a full bath house. The back yard is fenced for the privacy and safety of our guests. Out front is a large driveway offering generous offstreet parking. This is truly a mini-resort offering guests the very best of everything!

The only thing our guests will require are the linens, and they can be rented from a local agency for approximatley $100 for the week.

within one mile- oceanside park and playground offering tennis and basketball courts, fishing pier, lifeguard protected swimming, covered picknic pavilions, bath houses with showers. Additionally, there is the pristine Back
Bay National Wildlife Refuge to enjoy.
