Van der Valk Inverness is uniquely located directly inside the Lakeside Golf Course. A paradise for golfers and tourists alike, this location is known for its lush greenery and peaceful bliss. And, due to the central position of these villas, they have become an excellent operating base for exploring several recreational possibilities around the surrounding areas.

Throughout the Lakeside Golf and Country Club, ValkUSA rents out approximately 100 private villas and 10 apartments. All villas have screened-in pools and the apartments have a great view which overlooks the 18th hole. These accommodations are fully furnished for the maximum amount of guests allowed per villa or apartment. These rentals are individually owned and decorated to the tastes of the owner. Due to this, decorative styles of each villa/apartment may vary.
All guests are given the free green fee package, which includes the Lakeside golf course and three surrounding courses.

Amenities

The kitchen is fully equipped and the bedrooms/bathrooms are fully stocked with linens, toiletries, and towels. In the living area, you will have access to cable television and free local phone service. Each apartment has a large outdoor patio area overlooking the golf course and can accommodate 2 to 6 guests.

Payment:

Cancellation:
Cancellation 61 days prior to arrival at no costs. Cancellation 60–30 days prior to arrival at US$250 for reservation up to 21 days and US$500 forreservations longer than 21 days. Cancellation 30–0 days prior to arrival no refund.

Damages:
A $250 security deposit is required by credit card upon check in for damage purposes and will be held for 30 days. Guests are required to report any breakage of or damage to the accommodation and or furnishings to management immediately as well as existing damage upon arrival.

Cleaning Fee:
Check-in / Check out housekeeping service is provided. Daily housekeeping service is available at an additional fee and can be requested at our office. Any reservation less than 7 nights will incur an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $75.00.

Extra:
Cribs, Highchairs, VCR’s, BBQ’s, Rollaway Beds are available for rent. Prices on request available.
