Holiday Rates (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years):
$275/night with a 4 night min
$1490/week (includes FREE Night)!

(Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day):
$275/night with a 3-night minimum or $250/night with a 4-night minimum $1390/week (includes FREE Night).

Weekly Special:
Stay 6 nights and get the 7th night FREE.
(7th night at lesser rate)

Additional Fees:

Cleaning fee= $85.00 per rental period

Tax = 10 % (Includes Sales tax and Local Occupancy Tax)

*SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A $250.00 security deposit is required at time of booking to hold your reservation. Your deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure provided there are no damages to the property and no violations of policy.

*CHECKS: Payment must be received no later than 21 days prior to the stated arrival date. A $35.00 service charge will be incurred for all returned checks.

Full refund of rental deposit

Less than 30 days but at least 14 days:
Loss of ½ of the rental deposit ($125.)

Less than 14 days but at least 7 days:
Loss of full rental deposit ($250.)

Less than 7 days of arrival date:
Loss of Full rental (but security deposit returned)
