Rate policy

Rental Policies:
An initial payment is required in order to reserve dates (anyone else inquiring, may book the dates requested until your first payment is received). The balance will be due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

Deposits:
We require a security/damage deposit of $300 which is added to your initial total. Deposit will be higher for larger groups and those bringing their pet(s) along.

Refunds:
The deposit is returned to you as soon as you return the keys and we are able to verify no damage to the property. A 30 day or more cancellation notice is needed for full refund. A less than 30 day cancellation means your initial payment will not be returned, unless the unit can be rented.

Security & Key Deposit: $500 (more for extended stays).

Cleaning Rates: $140-$350 (depending on length of stay).
Nightly rate based on three-night minimum stay.
